We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Barshala- Indian Resto Bar Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
