Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Chief Vintage Retail Experience Director to lead our team at our London location. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed effectively, and fostering a positive environment for both team members and customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a seamless store experience, from coordinating marketing efforts to managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, from customer service to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • Report discrepancies, cash updates, and performance feedback directly to the owner.
  • Coordinate social media content, including outreach to influencers for in-store visits and promoting new arrivals.
  • Maintain the store playlist with clean hip-hop music to create a fun atmosphere.
  • Host team meetings to align on goals, expectations, and ongoing promotions.
  • Assist with inventory management and pick up new restocks when necessary.
  • Support the team in providing a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience.
  • A positive attitude with strong leadership skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with team members and customers.
  • A creative mindset and familiarity with social media platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram Reels.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $17.30 to $18 per hour, plus commission based on experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include discounts on vintage pieces and accessories available in-store.
