They will also establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, manage budgets and inventory, and oversee contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency
  • Evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance results
  • Plan and organize resources to meet business objectives, including staff, budget, and inventory
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to maximize ROI
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the car wash industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
