Job Title: HVAC Technical Advisor, After-Sales Support

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technical Advisor to join our team in Québec, Quebec, Canada. As a key member of our internal sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers after sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues over the phone and on-site
  • Manage repairs with suppliers
  • Assist with the start-up of equipment sold in collaboration with contractors
  • Document claims and write commissioning assistance and site visit reports
Requirements:
  • DEP in refrigeration or DEC in building mechanics or equivalent training and experience
  • TAG 1 gas card required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Initiative and resourcefulness
  • Diplomacy and courtesy
  • Good knowledge of refrigeration and hydronic systems
  • Good knowledge of control systems
  • Knowledge of welding and electricity
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn)
