The Opportunity

This position will be under the Bancassurance team in supporting our bank partner in achieving sales targets. The individual is expected to be highly motivated and result-driven, with a strong track record of building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional partnerships with our designated banking partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the AVP and Channel Director in formulating, building, developing, implementing, and monitoring the business and resource plan for the IBG.
  • Implement customer-centric propositions and need-based selling strategies for the bank's customer segments, including owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and their employees.
  • Cultivate referral business from the Relationship Manager (RM) teams of the IBG.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the Hong Kong life insurance industry, with at least 5 years of job-related experience.
  • Proven track record in the Bancassurance field, with corporate Bancassurance experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, legal and compliance frameworks, and market competitive environments.
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
