Senior Manager, Bancassurance Business Development Specialist

The Opportunity
This position will be under the Bancassurance team in supporting our bank partner in achieving sales targets. The individual is expected to be highly motivated and result-driven, with a strong track record of building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional partnerships with our designated banking partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the AVP and Channel Director in formulating, building, developing, implementing, and monitoring the business and resource plan for the IBG.
- Implement customer-centric propositions and need-based selling strategies for the bank's customer segments, including owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and their employees.
- Cultivate referral business from the Relationship Manager (RM) teams of the IBG.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the Hong Kong life insurance industry, with at least 5 years of job-related experience.
- Proven track record in the Bancassurance field, with corporate Bancassurance experience preferred.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, legal and compliance frameworks, and market competitive environments.
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
