Guest Service Agent

The Drake is a dynamic and inclusive hospitality brand that celebrates emerging music and art, serves food and drinks that reimagine the classics, and inspires its team and guests to embrace fresh perspectives. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be part of a small team that provides world-class service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Information Provision: Greet all guests with enthusiasm and provide information regarding all aspects of what The Drake has to offer.
  • Room Reservation Protocol: Ensure all aspects of room reservation protocol are followed, including bookings, confirmations, and cancellation policies.
  • Check-in and Check-out Procedures: Follow Drake check-in and out procedures, ensuring mandatory details are covered while building genuine rapport and relationships with guests.
  • Guest Requests: Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner with follow-up communication to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Hotel Lobby Cleanliness: Monitor hotel lobby cleanliness and participate in maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times.
  • Product and Offering Knowledge: Have the highest level comprehension of all Drake products and offerings.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekends.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent.
  • Love of Hospitality: A genuine love of hospitality and a warm engaging spirit.
  • Education and Experience: A combination of formal education and some real-world experience.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
