We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Comfort Inn Charlottetown. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions and points of interest.
  • Process guest payments, maintain room inventory, and follow emergency procedures as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
