We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Comfort Inn Charlottetown. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and timely manner.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
  • Information Provision: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
