MacEwan University is seeking a highly skilled Information and Registration Assistant to join our team in the School of Continuing Education.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to students, the public, and the MacEwan University community, responding to inquiries and providing information on university publications and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate and timely information to students and the public on university programs, services, and events.
- Assisting with registration and administrative tasks, including handling registrations, fee assessments, and cashiering duties.
- Preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents as required.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to students and the community.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a post-secondary diploma in office or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
