Job Title: Senior Registration Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and handling complex registration and enrollment cases?

We are seeking a Senior Registration Specialist to join our team at the Government of Alberta. As a key member of our Registration Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely information about our health insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on registration and enrollment processes
  • Review and process documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to support team members
Requirements:
  • High school diploma supplemented by a minimum of three years of progressive experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
