Director of Advanced Analytics and Digital Transformation

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Advanced Analytics and Digital Transformation to lead our digital transformation journey in manufacturing. As a key member of our Data, AI, and Analytics tech organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing data and analytics strategy in partnership with our global and regional manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital manufacturing solutions leveraging IoT devices, advanced data analytics, and AI to optimize production processes, improve equipment reliability, control quality, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams to define data platform requirements, develop machine learning models, and analytics solutions that deliver business outcomes.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive data analytics roadmap aligned to global and regional digital manufacturing goals and industry best practices.
- Drive the collection, analysis, validation, classification, and projection of manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that enable proactive maintenance.
- Implement advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models for process optimization, quality control, and resource optimization.
- Lead the integration of digital manufacturing technologies with in-house and 3rd party software, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow across the enterprise data platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field; Master's/PhD degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital manufacturing, advanced analytics, and AI, with deep understanding of manufacturing data and AI to maximize equipment availability, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality output to enhance overall production efficiency.
- Strong technical expertise in IoT technologies, sensor networks, data acquisition systems, and industrial automation platforms.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent program execution and change management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive global initiatives from ideation to implementation using Agile methodology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker and thought leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
