The Klick Omnichannel Enablement team is seeking a seasoned Director with extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and digital marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing digital transformation initiatives, driving growth, and enhancing customer experiences for our clients and their brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with organizational goals
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns targeting patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for digital innovation, process improvements, and revenue generation
- Drive adoption of digital tools to improve customer engagement, data analytics, and operational effectiveness
- Manage client, partner, and vendor relationships to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee a team of consultants supporting their growth and development
- Lead a high-performing team that fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on digital trends within the healthcare and life sciences sector
- Stay informed on regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
- Represent the organization at industry events and forums for visibility and partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in digital transformation, digital marketing, and campaign management, preferably within a large consulting company
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and strong familiarity with sales and marketing strategies specifically
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives, delivering measurable results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Solid understanding of healthcare-related data and data strategy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in leveraging digital technologies, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines related to digital marketing in the healthcare industry is an asset
