Job Title: Director of Advanced Analytics and Digital Transformation
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Advanced Analytics and Digital Transformation to lead our digital manufacturing journey. As a key member of our global technology team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize our manufacturing operations, enhance productivity, and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement digital manufacturing solutions leveraging IoT devices, advanced data analytics, and AI to optimize production processes, improve equipment reliability, and control quality.
- Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams to define data platform requirements, develop machine learning models, and analytics solutions that deliver business outcomes.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive data analytics roadmap aligned to global and regional digital manufacturing goals and industry best practices.
- Drive the collection, analysis, validation, classification, and projection of manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that enable proactive maintenance.
- Implement advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models for process optimization, quality control, and resource optimization.
- Lead the integration of digital manufacturing technologies with in-house and 3rd party software, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow across the enterprise data platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field; Master's/PhD degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital manufacturing, advanced analytics, and AI, with deep understanding of manufacturing data and AI to maximize equipment availability, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality output.
- Strong technical expertise in IoT technologies, sensor networks, data acquisition systems, and industrial automation platforms.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis techniques, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent program execution and change management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive global initiatives from ideation to implementation using Agile methodology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker and thought leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
