Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain accurate credit and collection records
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective credit and collection strategies
- Provide timely and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Bilingual (French) proficiency required
- AA degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of credit and collection experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
