Breakthru Beverage Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Canadian marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution and meet or exceed pre-determined service expectations.
  • Effectively plan and execute daily, weekly, or monthly/quarterly sales calls to achieve quota and distribution objectives.
  • Build and maintain credible and long-term relationships with ON and/or OFF Premise accounts to grow existing volume and distribution.
  • Conduct product tastings and education sessions to promote sales and improve marketability of our products.
  • Report on competitive activities within the territory and offer constructive suggestions to improve sales performance.
  • Prospect, quantify, and qualify new accounts to determine potential fit with our brand portfolio.
  • Provide product and brand marketing knowledge through sales aids and staff training seminars.
  • Work with supplier representatives and members of management in the field to promote sales and improve marketability of our products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, and written.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the sale and marketing of wine & spirits.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficient MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition.
