Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the accurate and efficient process of receiving, stocking, shipping, replenishment, and picking of merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
- Develop and implement plans to improve current warehouse processes and configurations to promote efficiency.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with warehouse staff and other departments.
- Assist in the training and performance management of warehouse employees.
- Monitor and track daily attendance and overtime as needed.
- Responsible for motivating and directing the work of others.
- Oversee the management of inventory, including product labeling and staff allocation.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of related job experience.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
