Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tejas Consultants Inc. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their technical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical issues and provide timely solutions to clients
  • Consult technical manuals and documentation to resolve complex issues
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on software and hardware usage
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
