Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Beeno's Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including servers, kitchen helpers, and other support staff.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including kitchen and front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on quality and customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
