Restaurant Manager Job Description

Ami's Kitchen Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure cost-effective food, ingredient, and supply purchases.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Modify menu items and prices to align with the restaurant's budget and customer preferences.

Operations and Scheduling

Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and training.

Staff Management

Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality and customer service.

Inventory and Supply Chain

Manage inventory and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in the food service industry an asset

Work Details

  • Permanent position
