Customer Service Representative - English/French

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide world-class customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using our state-of-the-art technology
* Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and find solutions
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
* Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience
* Bilingual (English/French) - 100% in both verbal and written forms
* Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers
