Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Towne Place Suites in Kanata. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hotel standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
