About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team at 2583811 Ontario Inc. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, vegetables, and sides
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
