We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Special Meals: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef, meeting their dietary needs and preferences.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Event Management: Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
