Scope of Position

We are seeking an experienced Regional Consulting Leader to join our Ontario Consulting Practice in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Ontario business market and a proven track record of building a successful consulting practice. As a Regional Consulting Leader, you will be accountable for active business development, setting consulting team strategy, overseeing service delivery, ensuring quality, and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of consulting professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Collaborate with other service line partners to establish relationships and cross-sell services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence

Competency Profile

  • Strong business development and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in consulting and business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Experience / Education

  • 15+ years of senior-level consulting experience in a professional services firm environment
  • Experience in building a consulting practice and leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of management consulting services, including strategic planning, operations improvement, and organizational transformation

Professional Development

  • Attend professional development courses, seminars, and workshops to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Participate in service line calls and meetings to collaborate with other partners
