- Perform regular site visits to active and prospective clients' mines sites.
- 10+ years of experience in the mining and metals industry.
- 10+ years of sales experience in a solution-based or service industry.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
- Experience in customer support is an asset.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
- Ability to travel for business development activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
