As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business development, setting consulting team strategy, overseeing service delivery, ensuring quality, and managing risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans to grow the consulting practice in Ontario.
- Lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients, including organizational transformation and performance improvement services.
- Collaborate with other service line partners to establish relationships and cross-sell services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team's expertise and knowledge are current.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior-level consulting experience in a professional services firm environment.
