We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team at Farber, a reputable debt solution provider. As an Operations Clerk, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses overcome financial challenges.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sending initial notices to creditors for summary bankruptcy and consumer proposal files
  • Preparing and e-filing statutory forms as required
  • Collaborating with the banking team to process final dividend cheques and notices
  • Monitoring and reviewing files to ensure all cheques have cleared

You will work closely with the Licenses Insolvency Trustee to sign and e-file Forms 16, and attend to creditors' inquiries and requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for scanning documents, uploading to File Assure, and preparing affidavits of service.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No minimum years of experience, but administrative experience is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain organized records, and use critical thinking to resolve challenges
  • High-level attention to detail and excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
