Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastics Processing Supervisor to join our team at CBLUO. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be organized and reliable.
