Plastics Processing Supervisor

CBLUO is seeking a skilled Plastics Processing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our plastics processing shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality plastic products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Establish and implement effective production methods to improve productivity and product quality.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of plastics processing and manufacturing principles.
- 40 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication.
