Job Title: Plastics Processing Supervisor

CBLUO is seeking a skilled Plastics Processing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our plastics processing shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units, promoting a smooth and productive work environment.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality, driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
  • Set up machines and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Work Environment:

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and a focus on productivity and quality.
