Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastics Processing Supervisor to join our team at CBLUO. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastics processing shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Establish and implement methods to meet production schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in plastics processing or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal Suitability

Work Term: Permanent
