Administrative Coordinator

Elder Tree Montessori is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, staff, and visitors.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Perform data entry, maintain digital databases, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
