Executive Chef for Restaurant Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our restaurant operations at ALBERTA LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Train kitchen staff and helpers on preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to support efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize buffets and banquets with attention to detail and creativity.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (not required but preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff and ensure effective teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
