About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our restaurant operations at ALBERTA LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Train kitchen staff and helpers on preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to support efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (not required but preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff and ensure effective teamwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
