About Seashell Professional Services Ltd

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, including QuickBooks.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and monthly statements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and bank deposits.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
