About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team at SAS Accounting Inc. as a Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Financial Analysis
    • Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks
    • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Skills
    • Proficient in accounting software and systems
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
