Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team at Seashell Professional Services Ltd. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Prepare and balance period-end reports
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
    • Develop and implement financial reporting systems
  • Accounting Systems
    • Manage and maintain accounting software and systems
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry
  • Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • College diploma or equivalent in accounting or related field
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Skills
    • Proficient in accounting software and systems
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
