Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal client groups, including employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational development, talent management, and change management.
  • Collaborate with functions such as recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR service representative to ensure seamless execution of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
  • HR certifications such as CPHR or SHRM preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
