**Job Overview**

Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Asbury Park, NJ.

As a Full-Time Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with dynamic teams dedicated to innovation and excellence. Your role is to cultivate strong partnerships across departments, utilizing your deep knowledge of HR best practices to influence positive change.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of skills and expertise, including a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, SHRM certification, and at least 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts, ensuring optimal talent allocation and succession planning across teams.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, team development, and performance management.
  • Ensure confidentiality in all related matters.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution, mediation, and ensuring compliance with union contracts, labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement; implement actionable strategies based on insights.
