About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and health, safety, and environment functions within our business unit.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You will provide guidance and support to senior management, develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with our overall goals and objectives, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and implement HR strategies and programs that align with our business unit and corporate strategic objectives.
  • Provide senior management with expert HR guidance on tools, best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving organizational culture and values.
  • Oversee the administration of our benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to review and recommend job evaluations, salary adjustments, and incentive programs.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in human resources, HSE with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and are proficient in HR strategies, policies, and programs, we want to hear from you.
