Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing our food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional service and high-quality food.

Estimate and Manage Food and Supplies

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for estimating and managing the food and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the needs of our customers.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing budgets and reports, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.

Address Customer Complaints

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Maintain Records and Reports

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records and reports, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information about our food service operations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in Food Service Management
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • English Language Proficiency
