Job Summary

Shree Siddeshwari Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Estimate and manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is presented to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
