  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and optimized.
  • Food Order Preparation: Prepare detailed food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and completed on time.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all trays are prepared to our high standards.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for our team members, ensuring that we have the right staff in place at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people will be reporting to you.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
Working Conditions
