Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2398953 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing their complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop food service staff, including new hires and existing team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
