About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at All Nations Supermarket Inc. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and a well-organized store environment.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
