Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mac's Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week
