Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at Lock Search Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base in the Eastern Part of Canada.

About the Role:

This is a home-based opportunity that requires a strong understanding of sales services and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing new customers through targeted sales efforts and emerging channels.
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to order completion.
  • Applying solution-selling techniques to uncover opportunities for profitable revenue growth.
  • Creating strategic action plans targeting competitive users.
  • Building and nurturing essential business relationships.
  • Generating leads for various product lines, rentals, and service opportunities.
  • Selling multi-products/services, collaborating with Outside Sales Reps as needed.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with existing customers.
  • Prospecting within accounts to discover new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively selling products, services, and supplies.
  • Preparing customer quotations, researching requirements, and evaluating solutions and pricing with suppliers.
  • Managing in-house order paperwork efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Proven experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) lead generation and sales, with a focus on hunting for new business.
  • Solid background in inside sales or prospecting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with managers, executives, and peers.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a professional attitude and the ability to handle sensitive interactions tactfully.
  • Keen attention to detail and adept at solving problems.
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities.
