  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, train, and supervise the HR Operations team to ensure they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to be experts within the HR Team.
  • Operational Compliance: Serve as the lead for operational compliance in designated areas such as safeguarding employee personal files and immigration.
  • Transactional Activities: Ensure accurate and consistent delivery of key transactional HR activities, including monthly reporting for managers, issuing employee contracts, maintaining employee personnel files confidentially, onboarding new employees, and processing leaves accurately.
