Job Title:Food Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to join our team at Simplify Pho You, where you will be responsible for managing the food service operations of our restaurant.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have experience in managing kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
You will also be responsible for controlling costs, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
In this role, you will work closely with our head chef to develop menus, manage stock levels, and optimize kitchen workflows.
Responsibilities:- Manage kitchen staff, including training and performance management
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
- Control costs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Develop menus with our head chef
- Experience in managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Ability to control costs and manage inventory
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Certificate in Safe Food Handling or equivalent
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
