About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at BELL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate solutions, and developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products and services to existing clients, ensuring that they are aware of the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

You will assess the needs and resources of our clients to recommend the most suitable solutions, taking into account their business goals, objectives, and constraints.

Develop Reports and Proposals

You will develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, highlighting their value proposition and return on investment.

Conduct Sales Transactions

You will be responsible for conducting sales transactions, including negotiating prices, terms, and conditions, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.

Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts

You will prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that clients are satisfied with the agreement.

Provide Input into Product Design

You will provide input into product design, working closely with our product development team to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients.

Review and Adapt Information

You will review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to ensure that our sales team is up-to-date with the latest developments.

Provide Client Presentations

You will provide client presentations on the benefits and uses of our products and services, highlighting their value proposition and return on investment.

Estimate Costs

You will estimate the costs of installing and maintaining our equipment or services, ensuring that clients are aware of the total cost of ownership.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.

Experience

A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or business development role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
