Security Supervisor

Vadium Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our personnel and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Direct Reports: Supervise security guards, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
